Do I need to have prior yoga experience to join classes?
Not at all. Our classes are open to everyone — from absolute beginners to experienced students. Teachers provide clear instructions, modifications, and variations so you can move at your own pace.
What should I bring to class?
Yoga mat, yoga towel, water bottle, and an open mind. (Mats and towels are available to rent.)
How early should I arrive before class starts?
Open 20 minutes before and after each scheduled class.
What if I’m not flexible?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed for yoga for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. Yoga meets you where you are.
Do you offer beginner-friendly classes?
Absolutely! Simply inform the instructor that you’re new to yoga, and they’ll be more than happy to give modifications and adjustments to accommodate your skill level. The Ashtanga and 26+2 classes are extremely challenging however, and may not be a good choice for first-timers.
