What is 26+2?

Our 60, 75 & 90-minute 26+2 yoga sessions follow a precise sequence of 26 postures and 2 yoga breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. This is more than just a workout, it’s a path toward discipline, alignment, and inner calm. For many, it becomes a powerful practice for both physical strength and self-growth, making it one of our most popular self development classes.

The room is heated to between 110°F – 115°F with 40% humidity. Your instructor guides you through the entire hot yoga session, with clear cueing to ensure you stay safe and supported. Each posture builds on the last, creating both a physical and mental challenge designed to leave you energized and centered.
