What is Ashtanga Yoga?

in this guided Ashtanga yoga class, you’ll move through Sun Salutations A and B, followed by selected advanced standing, sitting and closing postures. This 90-minute practice is most suitable for intermediate practitioners looking to explore discipline, strength, and breath control.
Heated to between 99–103°F with varying humidity, our Ashtanga yoga instructors lead you through the Primary Series with emphasis on breath (ujjayi), energy locks (bandhas), and gaze (drishti). Practicing yoga in a heated room enhances focus, stamina, and inner awareness, creating a challenging yet deeply rewarding experience.
