What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?

The room is heated to ~105°F. Expect continuous transitions, standing poses, twists, and movements designed to raise your heart rate, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling centered. Whether you’re new or experienced, vinyasa flow yoga supports both growth and challenge.

The room is heated to between 110°F – 115°F with 40% humidity. Your instructor guides you through the entire hot yoga session, with clear cueing to ensure you stay safe and supported. Each posture builds on the last, creating both a physical and mental challenge designed to leave you energized and centered.
