Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a meditative yoga practice that focuses on stillness and deep release. In these yin yoga classes, you’ll hold passive postures for 1–7 minutes, targeting connective tissues, joints, and fascia. With gentle heat to support your body, Yin becomes the perfect way to restore balance and calm the nervous system. It’s an ideal choice for beginners, athletes, or anyone seeking mindful recovery.

Our Yin Yoga Woodland Hills sessions are held in a heated room (95–100°F). You’ll use bolsters, blocks, and straps to fully support your body as you settle into a restorative yoga experience. This slow, deep stretch yoga practice complements more active classes and helps you reconnect with your inner calm.
